Appointment Policies
All permanent makeup services (microblading, lip blush, eyeliner tattoo) require a $100 non-refundable deposit at booking, applied to your final balance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit their deposit. Deposits transfer to future appointments with 48+ hours notice.
Consultation & Informed Consent
All first-time permanent makeup clients complete a consultation, intake form, and consent form before their session. We reserve the right to decline service if health conditions or contraindications pose a risk.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, and other factors. Microblading typically lasts 1–3 years; lip blush 2–5 years; eyeliner tattoo 1–3 years. A 6–8 week touch-up is included with every initial session.
Aftercare Responsibility
Adherence to provided aftercare instructions is critical to successful healing and longevity. BonBrow is not responsible for suboptimal results caused by failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
Liability
BonBrow complies with California state licensing and health regulations. Clients agree to provide accurate medical history during intake and to follow all pre- and post-procedure guidelines.
